Membership Agreement

Welcome to Twenty Fore Golf!
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Twenty Fore Golf, LLC (“the COMPANY”) and the undersigned Member (“Member”), and sets forth the terms and conditions of a one-year membership commitment. By joining our community, you’re gaining 24/7 access to a premier indoor golf facility equipped with Trackman technology, designed to elevate your game, provide unmatched flexibility, and connect you with fellow golf enthusiasts. We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to making this next year one of improvement, enjoyment, and unforgettable golf experiences. Practices and policies will be established by Twenty Fore Golf, LLC (“the Company”), a Limited Liability Company in Wyoming.
Application Procedure and Payments
SINGLE MEMBERSHIP UNLIMITED: Available to individuals 16 years and older for a monthly fee of $125, requiring a one-year commitment. Members have access to book tee times at a cost of $0 per hour, with an additional fee of $10 per hour per guest. Members may book or hold one (1) tee time at a time, with a maximum duration of two (2) hours per booking. Up to three (3) accompanied guests are permitted per tee time for applicable guest fees of $10/hour/guest, with a total group size not exceeding four (4) people, including the member. The member must always be present with their guests. Booking window is 7 days in advance. Members are also allowed to bring their own food and beverages (excluding alcohol) or use delivery services while at the facility.
FLEX MEMBERSHIP: Available to anyone 16 years and older for a monthly fee of $50, requiring a one-year commitment. The Flex Membership will allow access to one (1) additional named person living at your household who can be under the age of 16 but must be accompanied by an individual 16 years and older. Members have access to book tee times at a cost of $20 per hour per member, with an additional fee of $10 per hour per guest. Members may book or hold one (1) tee time at a time, with a maximum duration of two (2) hours per booking. Up to three (3) accompanied guests are permitted per tee time for applicable guest fees of $10/hour/guest, with a total group size not exceeding five (5) people, including the member. The member must always be present with their guests. Booking window is 7 days in advance. Members are also allowed to bring their own food and beverages (excluding alcohol) or use delivery services while at the facility. OR;
FLEX MEMBERSHIP UNLIMITED: Available to anyone 16 years and older for a monthly fee of $175, requiring a one-year commitment. The Flex Membership will allow access to one (1) additional named person living at your household who can be under the age of 16 but must be accompanied by an individual 16 years and older. Members have access to book tee times at a cost of $20 per hour per member, with an additional fee of $10 per hour per guest. Members may book or hold one (1) tee time at a time, with a maximum duration of two (2) hours per booking. Up to three (3) accompanied guests are permitted per tee time for applicable guest fees of $10/hour/guest, with a total group size not exceeding five (5) people, including the member. The member must always be present with their guests. Booking window is 7 days in advance. Members are also allowed to bring their own food and beverages (excluding alcohol) or use delivery services while at the facility. OR;
FULL MEMBERSHIP: Available to anyone 16 years and older for a monthly fee of $80, requiring a one-year commitment. The Family Membership will allow access to any person living at your household. who can be under the age of 16 but must be accompanied by an individual 16 years and older. Members have access to book tee times at a cost of $50 per hour per member, with an additional fee of $10 per hour per guest. Members may book or hold two (2) tee time at a time, with a maximum duration of two (2) hours per booking. Up to three (3) accompanied guests are permitted per tee time for applicable guest fees of $10/hour/guest, with a total group size not exceeding five (5) people, including the member. The member must always be present with their guests. Booking window is 14 days in advance. Members are also allowed to bring their own food and beverages (excluding alcohol) or use delivery services while at the facility. OR;
FULL MEMBERSHIP UNLIMITED: Available to anyone 16 years and older for a monthly fee of $200, requiring a one-year commitment. The Family Membership will allow access to any person living at your household. who can be under the age of 16 but must be accompanied by an individual 16 years and older. Members have access to book tee times at a cost of $50 per hour per member, with an additional fee of $10 per hour per guest. Members may book or hold two (2) tee time at a time, with a maximum duration of two (2) hours per booking. Up to three (3) accompanied guests are permitted per tee time for applicable guest fees of $10/hour/guest, with a total group size not exceeding five (5) people, including the member. The member must always be present with their guests. Booking window is 14 days in advance. Members are also allowed to bring their own food and beverages (excluding alcohol) or use delivery services while at the facility. OR;
PRO MEMBERSHIP: Monthly fee of $325 with NO Commitment. This Membership will allow unlimited access for one month from start date and includes two (2) lessons/month. This membership will allow access up to (2) two named persons living at your household. Named persons may be under the age of 16 but must be accompanied by an individual 16 years and older. Members may book or hold one (1) tee time at a time, with a maximum duration of two (2) hours per booking. Up to three (3) accompanied guests are permitted per tee time for applicable guest fees of $10/hour/guest, with a total group size not exceeding five (5) people, including the members. The member must always be present with their guests. Booking window is 7 days in advance. Members are also allowed to bring their own food and beverages (excluding alcohol) or use delivery services while at the facility. OR;
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP: Monthly fee of $300, requiring a one-year commitment. The Corporate Membership will allow access to up to 10 employees who are at least 16 years or older. Members have access to book tee times at a cost of $15 per hour per member, with an additional fee of $10 per hour per guest. Members may book or hold two (2) tee time at a time, with a maximum duration of two (2) hours per booking. Up to four (4) accompanied guests are permitted per tee time for applicable guest fees of $10/hour/guest, not exceeding five (5) people/bay, including the member. The member must always be present with their guests. Booking window is 14 days in advance. Members are also allowed to bring their own food and beverages (excluding alcohol) or use delivery services while at the facility.

Facility Usage Guidelines
At Twenty Fore Golf, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional and upscale experience during your visits to the facility. It is imperative that each member upholds the highest level of respect for the facility and demonstrates consideration for fellow members. Twenty Fore Golf maintains a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, vulgarity, racism, sexism and any other type of abuse during your time at the facility. Please ensure that after each session, whether for you or your guests utilizing all areas, including common areas, bays, comfort stations, and bathrooms, are left in a clean and orderly condition. Members are expected to avoid any actions that may cause excess dirt or sanitary messes and/or damage to the facility. However, in the event of any damage, it is the member's responsibility to promptly report it by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject "Damage" and providing details of the incident. Our team will conduct an assessment, including reviewing security camera footage, to determine the appropriate course of action. Following the assessment, if necessary, a fee will be applied to cover repair costs directly to the member’s Payment Card on file. Additionally, we kindly request that all trash is properly disposed of in the receptacles, all food and beverages are cleaned up, and the facility is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Your cooperation ensures a pristine and enjoyable environment for all members.
Security Cameras
By accepting this Membership, you acknowledge and consent to the use of security cameras throughout the facility. The purpose of recording is solely for maintaining security and assessing any damages to the facility. Recorded footage will be handled confidentially and will not be posted, shared, or distributed to anyone outside of the COMPANY under any circumstances without the consent of the member, except as necessary to address a criminal act. In such cases, video evidence may be shared only with the appropriate authorities to assist in their investigation.
Alcohol Policy
Twenty Fore Golf strictly prohibits members and guests from bringing any outside alcohol onto the premises. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased on-site and consumed responsibly by individuals 21 years of age or older. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and monitored by security cameras, with any violations subject to legal consequences and immediate membership termination. Alcohol may only be consumed in approved indoor areas and is not permitted on the turf within simulator bays or in any outdoor spaces, including the parking lot. Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully and refrain from excessive drinking, public intoxication, or disruptive conduct. Twenty Fore Golf assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or death resulting from alcohol consumption on-site or after leaving the facility. Members are strongly encouraged to use safe transportation options and avoid driving under the influence. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises, suspension or termination of membership, and possible notification of authorities. Use of the facility constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy and a release of liability for Twenty Fore Golf, LLC and its agents.
Smoke Free Facility
As part of our commitment to providing a healthy and enjoyable environment for all members and guests, Twenty Fore Golf is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or other vaping devices, is strictly prohibited inside the building and within 30 feet of any entrance, including the front doors. We ask that all members and guests respect this policy to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges.
Pet Policy
To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all members and guests, pets are not permitted within the facility or on the premises at any time. This policy includes all types of animals, whether owned, fostered, or temporarily in your care. Exceptions are made only for service animals that are trained to assist individuals with disabilities, as defined by applicable laws. Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including the potential suspension or termination of membership privileges.
Guest Policy
Members at Twenty Fore Golf enjoy the privilege of bringing unlimited guests with no additional fees across all membership types. Each member may bring up to a specific number of guests per booking session, with guests defined as anyone not listed on the active Membership. The same guest can be brought up to four (4) times per year, and each guest's first and last name, as well as their phone number, must be provided when booking the tee time. All guests must be accompanied by a member (16 or older) actively registered on the Membership, with the member assuming full responsibility for their guests, who are required to follow all rules outlined in this Agreement. Failure to register guests, exceeding same guest limits or allowing access without Member accompaniment will result in a warning. A second offense will lead to a one-month access suspension for the Membership Account without reimbursement. After a third offense, the Membership will be revoked. Members may re-apply after 12 months as new member, at new member rates. When booking guests, only include the number of guests who are playing on the simulator. There is no charge for non-playing guests. Credit card on file will automatically charge your card at time of booking. If guest cancels, you can reach out to management and management will credit your account. No Refunds will be sent for guest fees.
Membership Opportunity
The Membership Agreement and Terms describe the membership opportunities at Twenty Fore Golf for those members who apply. The use privileges associated with memberships applied for are described herein. Membership to Twenty Fore Golf permits the member to use the Facilities in accordance with his or her membership type. No person has been authorized to give any information or make any representations not contained in this Membership Agreement and if given or made, such information must not be relied upon as having been authorized by the Twenty Fore Golf, LLC. Memberships are only offered for Recreational Purposes. Membership is perpetual with the membership being extended on a twelve (12) month basis from the application date listed. The Membership renews each year until written notice of non-renewal or resignation is submitted with a minimum of 30 days advanced notice. Membership to Twenty Fore Golf permits the member to use the Facilities in accordance with his or her membership type. Membership at Twenty Fore Golf is not an investment in the Company or the Facilities and does not give a member a vested or prescriptive right or easement to use the Facilities. Membership to Twenty Fore Golf does not provide a member with equity or ownership interest or any other property interest to Twenty Fore Golf or the COMPANY. The members of Twenty Fore Golf shall not be admitted as “members” of the COMPANY. No golf member shall have any right to the profits or losses, no right to distribution, no right to vote, and no right to participate in the Management of the COMPANY or the Club for any purpose.
Rights Governed by Membership Agreement
All members of the Club agree to be bound by the terms of the Membership Agreement, Terms, and the Rules and Regulations of the Club, as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the COMPANY. By accepting membership to Twenty Fore Golf, each member irrevocably agrees to fully substitute the membership privileges acquired pursuant to this Membership Agreement and Rules and Regulations for any present or prior rights in or to use of the Facilities.
Buying and Paying for Memberships
Currently in select locations only, Twenty Fore Golf offers customers the ability to purchase memberships (including both an “Annual Membership” and a “Monthly Membership”) for use at such locations. To purchase a membership and/or a tee time online, you must provide to Twenty Fore Golf your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address and credit or check card for the payment method that you will use to make the purchase (hereinafter referred to as your “Payment Card”). By requesting membership at Twenty Fore Golf and by accepting the benefits of membership at Twenty Fore Golf, you agree to the terms and conditions found on the COMPANY.
Annual Membership: When you pay an Annual Membership, you agree that as a condition of your continued membership at Twenty Fore Golf that you authorize Twenty Fore Golf or its agent to charge your Payment Card the Annual Membership fee (plus applicable taxes & fees), in effect from time to time, on each yearly periodic anniversary date of your membership, until your Annual Membership is canceled, as set forth in the Membership Agreement. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing the recurring charges of the applicable annual membership fee. You agree to pay the annual membership fees (plus taxes & fees) in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreement. You also authorize Twenty Fore Golf to charge your Payment Card for any other charges you may incur associated with your Annual Membership.
Monthly Membership: When you pay a Monthly Membership, you agree that as a condition of your continued membership at Twenty Fore Golf that you authorize Twenty Fore Golf or its agent to charge your Payment Card the Monthly Membership fee (plus applicable taxes & fees), in effect from time to time, on each monthly periodic anniversary date of your membership, until your Monthly Membership is canceled, as set forth in the Membership Agreement. Monthly memberships are a 1-year commitment and renew for additional 1 year commitment if not canceled before your 1-year anniversary date. For example, if your paid Monthly Membership began on July 14, your periodic anniversary date is the 14th of each month, and your Payment Card will be charged for the monthly periodic membership fee on that date each month. Your 1-year anniversary date will fall on the following July 14 and will be locked in for an additional year. If your monthly periodic anniversary date falls on a date that is not contained in your anniversary month (for example, if your paid membership started on the 31st day of a month), your Payment Card will be charged on the first day of the following month. You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing the recurring charges of the applicable periodic monthly membership fee. You agree to pay the monthly periodic membership fees (plus taxes & fees) in accordance with your Payment Card issuer agreement. You also authorize Twenty Fore Golf to charge your Payment Card for any other charges you may incur associated with your Monthly Membership.
Pending Charges: You also authorize Twenty Fore Golf to place a pending charge to your Payment Card when you sign up for membership (regardless of membership type), and prior to each subsequent periodic charge for Annual and Monthly Memberships. Pending charges are used to verify your billing address and the validity of your Payment Card and are temporary (typically 3 to 7 days in length) and will not be converted into an actual charge to you. Pending charges, while pending, will, however, reduce the available amount of credit on your Payment Card in the amount of $1 per pending charge. Fees Relating to your Payment Card: You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your Payment Card by the issuer, bank or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, processing fees, and over the credit limit fees.
Expiration Date and Refusal of Charges to Your Payment Card: If your Payment Card reaches its original expiration date, your failure to cancel your Monthly Membership constitutes authorization for Twenty Fore Golf to continue billing that Payment Card. If your Payment Card for any reason will not accept charges for any periodic membership fee, you have a period of 10 days from the date that your Payment Card was declined to make your Payment Card information valid by either rectifying the issue with the Payment Card issuer or providing new Payment Card information at the Site. If Twenty Fore Golf is able to charge your Payment Card (existing or new, if you have provided new Payment Card information) during the 10-day period and any past due Twenty Fore Golf membership fees are paid, then Monthly Membership benefits will continue uninterrupted and this Payment Card will be used to charge the applicable periodic membership fee for each consecutive renewal period until your Monthly Membership is cancelled (your original anniversary date will still apply) and will be your Payment Card for all purposes. If Twenty Fore Golf is unable to charge your Payment Card (existing or new, if you have provided new Payment Card information) within the 10-day period, then your Monthly Membership will be indefinitely suspended beginning on the 11th day from the date your Payment Card was initially declined, and the Member will be assessed a $25 late fee. For the 30 days immediately following the suspension day, Twenty Fore Golf may attempt to charge the Payment Card the periodic membership fee every 10 days. If the charge is accepted, then your Monthly Membership benefits will be reinstated once all outstanding fees are cleared. This charge date now becomes your new periodic anniversary date and the Payment Card will be used to charge the applicable periodic membership fee for each consecutive renewal period until your Monthly Membership is cancelled in accordance with the Membership Agreement and will be
your Payment Card for all purposes. From time to time, Twenty Fore Golf may avail itself of account updating services provided by the Payment Card industry, including, without limitation, VISA’s Account Updater program or MasterCard’s Automatic Billing Updater program. By subscribing to a Monthly Membership, you hereby agree and authorize Twenty Fore Golf to update your Payment Card or similar account information and charge any updated Payment Card in accordance with the terms and conditions of such account updating programs. To find out how to cancel your Monthly Membership, review the “Cancellation/Resignation” section. No refunds will be given online on any purchases of credit to use at our locations.
Booking Procedure
Once your membership is approved, you’ll receive login credentials for twentyfore.golf, giving you access to reserve tee times based on your membership level through our online booking portal. The system operates 24/7, allowing you to schedule sessions at your convenience within your designated booking window. If space allows, you may extend your visit by booking up to two additional hours after your initial session. After a reservation is made, you’ll receive an access email from KISI with a secure link to unlock the facility door. Access becomes available 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tee time. Please note that Twenty Fore Golf reserves the right to temporarily close the facility for private events, maintenance, or technical issues. These closures are essential to maintaining the quality and performance of the facility, ensuring the best possible experience for all members.
Suspension of Membership Clause
Members of Twenty Fore Golf are required to maintain their membership by paying the designated membership fees on time. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of membership privileges. If a member fails to pay their membership fees by the specified due date, their membership may be suspended. During the suspension period, the member will temporarily lose access to all club facilities and benefits. The club will provide notice of outstanding dues and the date of suspension.
For Flex Membership holders, a minimum of twelve visits per year to the facility is required to maintain active membership status for the following year. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the revocation of your membership due to inactivity.
Suspension and Late Fees for Non-Payment of Dues
All dues are required to be paid on the renewal day each month or each year depending on your membership schedule. If dues cannot be collected regardless of the reason, the member has 10 days to submit payment. If payment is not received by the 10th day, booking privileges will be revoked and the member will be assessed a $25 late fee. All fees must be paid in-full before access to booking privileges will be restored.
Other Charges
Other charges may be required. Other Charges may be defined as late fees, damage fees, event or rental fees, credit card fees, or food and beverage fees. Payment Card will be used for Other Charges to be paid in-full and settled.
Appeal
Members have the right to appeal a suspension or loss of membership decision. Appeals must be submitted by email to [email protected] with a subject line of "Appeal" to Twenty Fore Golf within 10 days of the suspension or termination notice.
Indemnification and Acknowledgement of General Provision and Rights
Any member, family member, guest, or other person who, in any manner, makes use of or accepts the use of any apparatus, appliance, facility, privilege, or service whatsoever owned, leased, or operated by the COMPANY, including without limitation, who engages in any contest, game, function, exercise, competition or other activity operated, Twenty Fore Golf, arranged or sponsored by the Club, with or without written permission, either on or off the Club’s premises, shall do so at his or her own risk. The member and his or her family members and guests shall hold TWENTY FORE GOLF, LLC, their affiliates, and their respective owners, managers, directors, executives, general managers, officers, members, employees, representatives, heirs, and agents harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by him or her, resulting from, arising out of or incident to membership to Twenty Fore Golf not caused by negligence on the part of any of the Indemnified Parties. Any member shall have, owe, and perform the same obligation to the Indemnified Parties hereunder with respect to any such loss, cost, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained or incurred by any guest or family member. Should any party bound by the Membership Agreement, Terms and Rules and Regulations bring suit against any of the Indemnified Parties in connection with any event operated, by Twenty Fore Golf, arranged or sponsored by Twenty Fore Golf, or on any other claim or matter in connection with membership to Twenty Fore Golf, and fail to obtain judgment therein against any one or more of them, said party shall be liable to the prevailing Indemnified Parties for all costs and expenses incurred by them in the defense of such suit, including court costs and attorney’s fees and expenses through all appellate proceedings. All members of the Club agree to be bound by the terms of the Membership Agreement, Terms, and the Rules and Regulations of the Club, as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company. By accepting membership to Twenty Fore Golf, each member irrevocably agrees to fully substitute the membership privileges acquired pursuant to this Membership Agreement and Rules and Regulations for any present or prior rights in or to use of the Club Facilities. Membership at Twenty Fore Golf does not provide a member with equity or ownership interest or any other property interest to Twenty Fore Golf. A member-only acquires or holds a revocable nonexclusive, limited right to use the Club Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Membership Agreement, Terms and Rules, and Regulations, as the same may be amended from time to time, and the Membership Agreement entered into. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify this Membership Agreement, its Terms and the Rules and Regulations, and other membership documents; and to reserve memberships in any manner whatsoever and to any person whosoever, to add, issue, modify or terminate any type of category or class of membership and to make any and other changes in the terms and conditions of membership.
Cancellation / Resignation of Membership
Membership at Twenty Fore Golf is a one-year commitment and does not automatically expire. To resign, members must submit written notice via letter or email at least 30 days prior to the end of their membership term. Reinstatement after resignation is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Early cancellation may only be granted if the member relocates outside the area, with proof of new residence required. In the event of active military deployment, memberships may be paused without penalty for the duration of deployment. Official deployment documentation must be provided, and the remaining term of the membership will resume upon return. If a member chooses to terminate their membership before completing the 12-month commitment for any other reason, an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file.
Minimum Commitment
I hereby acknowledge that access privileges are annual and that I am committed to paying the related Annual or Monthly access dues from the acceptance to the membership application. The membership does not expire unless 30-days advanced written notice is delivered to the club before each renewal date. Dues are not pro-rated and are non-refundable. Twenty Fore Golf reserves the right to limit or increase the number of memberships at any time.
